Description

Crafted the Orcadian way, the Scapa Team of artisans pride themselves on using traditional methods and skills honed over several generations. This expression is aged in American oak until it develops the signature honeyed smoothness. The single malt is then further rested in Peated casks which is impart a subtle smokiness inspired by the ever-changing character of Orkney. Bottled in August 2016.
