Nose
Pleasant caramel, rye spice, vanilla, corn sweetness, and oak.
Palate
Grainy rye spice, alcohol soothed by caramel and bourbon vanilla, with a light butter coating the tongue, sweet corn, and vanilla. Smooth with a soft start, mid-palate has some spiciness and is fairly dry.
Finish
Sharp and oily, with an agreeable corn-fueled sweetness and a palate cleansing citrus zest. Lingering oak and a bit of rye.
