Description

Distilled at an undisclosed distillery in Speyside in February 2006, it was then initially matured in a refill hogshead before being transferred to a sherry hogshead for its final 26 months. Eventually it was bottled at 16 years old in May 2022, with a limited release of 277 bottles at 51.1% ABV.

Sweet aromatic with soft sweet sherry notes of dark fruits and honey, almond, citrus, vanilla, allspice, ripe pears and sultana aromas.
Palate
Smooth and drinkable, sweet fruity notes, strawberry and scones, golden honey, toasted waffles with maple syrup, milk chocolate, dried dark fruits with berries, ginger, vanilla, shortbread, whipped fudge, caramel coated cashews, walnuts and soft spices, toffee popcorn.
