Shenk's Homestead Sour Mash Whiskey honors the legacy of John Shenk, who founded a distillery that would later become Michter's. It is made in Kentucky using the traditional Sour Mash process and is part of Michter's Legacy Series. This full-bodied small batch whiskey is often a rye-forward expression, with some portions finished in toasted French oak barrels.
