Description

The Shin Pure Malt Whisky 15 Years Old Mizunara Oak Finish is a premium Japanese blended malt whisky crafted by Ken Usami, the master blender of Shinobu Distillery. It is made from selected malt whiskies, initially aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, and then finished in rare Japanese Mizunara oak barrels. This process balances woody notes with the incense of sandalwood from the Mizunara oak and bold aged maltiness, resulting in a fruit-forward profile with hints of pepper and spice. The whisky is non-chill filtered and all natural without colouring.
