Description

Blackadder was founded in 1995 by Robin Tucek. Standing by their ideology that the 'cask is king', Blackadder specialises in bottling whiskies selectively chosen through Robin's expertise. This particular release is a collaboration with Shizuoka Distillery, bottled as part of Blackadder's Raw Cask series. Distilled in 2018 and aged for 3 years in a single virgin oak cask (#637), it was bottled in 2022 for the Tokyo Whisky Festival. As a Raw Cask bottling, it is presented without filtration or dilution, retaining natural cask sediment, ensuring transparency and character. Only 236 bottles were produced worldwide.
