Description

This Shizuoka single malt was distilled on December 28, 2018, and matured in a single ex-bourbon cask (#2018-322). It was bottled on January 17, 2022, at 46.3% ABV for the International Connoisseur Society of Taiwan (ICST) as part of the World Symphony Series, featuring Mona Ho on the label. This peated expression was produced using a combination of the Karuizawa still (KS) and the wood-fired still (WS). The release is titled 'A Tale of Two Cities' (雙城故事) and is non-chill filtered with no added color.
