Description

Sir Davis is produced from an unusual corn-free mash bill of 51% rye and 49% malted barley, distilled in Indiana and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks before bottling at 44% ABV. The whisky was developed by Dr. Bill Lumsden of Glenmorangie and Ardbeg for Moet Hennessy in collaboration with Beyoncé. It is finished, blended, and bottled in Texas.
