Nose
Maritime sea notes, sea salt, coastal bonfire smoke, soft peat, hint of lemon citrus, and a slightly herbal grassy note.
Palate
Light and somewhat oily, with plenty of smoke and saltiness. Brief honey sweetness, quickly followed by sour lemon citrus and medicinal iodine. Sweet cream, ash, pepper, rising bread, and a dank oceanic character.
Finish
Short to medium, drying, with a smokier impression than the nose. Ash, brine, a hint of sweetness, lemon bar, and lasting salinity.
