Precise and sophisticated with notes of sea spray, preserved lemons, petrichor, and wet concrete. Underlying aromas of damp wood, light smoke, fresh oak, and a medley of fruits including pear, citrus, pineapple, and peach, alongside hints of tobacco and vanilla custard.

Thick and oily, presenting liquorice root, olive brine, and an earthy, vegetal smoke. Citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit are prominent, complemented by white pepper, chalkiness, sweet herbs, ash, and a touch of salt.
