- Refreshing aroma of sherry and malt, with thick plumes of cool maritime smoke, barley, tar, and old ropes on the beach. Medicinal notes, bandages, ointment, and coal tar soap are present, with a sweet undertone. Hints of rosemary, thyme, wood fire, grilled lemon, citrus, plum, and deeper layers of spice and cracked pepper.

- Extremely rich and balanced, with big, spicy peat and warm slabs of thick smoke, coal tar, and iodine. Notes of honey, lemon zest, sticking plasters, ash, and a creamy texture. Sweet cereal, dried fruit, and vanilla mingle with the power of peat, enhanced by a salty, sea spray touch. Bold smoke and earthy phenols are balanced by toffee and salty barley.

- Long, smoky, and satisfying, with toffee brittle and tangy fruits. Dry and peaty, revealing notes of salted caramel, ginger, lemon zest, and a touch of iodine.
