- Dominant smoky peat, earthy and slightly medicinal, with a rich explosion of flavors. Sweeter notes of toffee, honey, and sherry emerge, balanced by spicy black pepper, ginger, and a touch of chocolate and orange peel. Peppery notes, bitterness, and sea salt are also present.

- Long and intense, with lingering smoky peat that transitions into a warming sweetness. Spicy notes and a subtle saltiness persist.
