Peat, lemon pith, bovril, light honey, lightly peppery, honey, malt, vanilla, hay, gentle smoke, oak, butterscotch, cream, citrus, salty peanut brittle, caramelised red apples, watermelon jelly, toasted coconut, soft minty notes, lightly smoked white fish.
Finish
Dry, more lemon pith, touch of vanilla, medium warmth and length, fruit with peat and spice, saline, cream honey, constant gentle smokiness.
