Description

Made from grain to glass in Sonoma County, California, USA. We believe that the grain is the focus of the whiskey. Twice direct-fire pot distilled, the wheat is matured in new charred American oak barrels a 2nd chance to age this whiskey. Our goal is to allow the grain to shine through the barrel and blended to show class an evolving style. This is true Wheat.
