Description

Conviction Double Oak 1929 is a straight bourbon whiskey produced by Southern Grace Distilleries in Mount Pleasant, North Carolina, operating out of a former state prison facility established in 1929. Crafted from an 88% corn and 12% malted barley mash bill, the sour mash bourbon is matured in the 1929 prison dormitory, transferred to a second new charred oak barrel, and bottled uncut and unfiltered at barrel strength.
