Spey Brume Dorée 12 Year Old is a cask-strength Speyside single malt, matured for 12 years, and finished in specially coopered 400-litre French virgin oak casks from Tonnellerie Quintessence. These casks utilize a unique mist-toasting technique to enhance the whisky's interaction with the wood, bringing out natural sweetness and spice without overpowering the spirit. It begins with a 120-hour fermentation and slow distillation.
