Nose
Bright, sparkling, and focused on a 'green' Speyside profile, with crisp fruit salad of pear and green apple, cinnamon, light vanilla, delicate minerality, and a fresh, grassy undertone. Also notes of spearmint and boiled sweets.
Palate
Robust but straightforward, with powdery sweetness of malt and vanilla, quickly followed by youthful spice (grated ginger, chili flakes, peppery oak). Bright fruits transition into tart peels and pear skins. With water, pure Speyside heather honey emerges.
Finish
Dominated by oak barrel influence, turning dry and bitter, with lingering pear seeds and walnut skins. Light orchard fruit remains, with a slightly alcoholic sharpness and a 'soapy' floral note. Medium length, with woody astringency and a warm, buttery-smooth character.
