Nose
Gingerbread and floral barley, with a hint of chocolate truffle in the background. Bright and nicely aromatic, showing lime, fresh apricots and pineapple. A touch of maracuya. A juicy fruit salad with candy elements. Vanilla custard underneath, as well as some grassy / floral notes. [3, 7]
Palate
Treacle and marmalade, with a touch of blackcurrant growing underneath. A drying hint of oatcakes. A lot of white fruits like gooseberries, mixed with lemons and white grapefruit. Drizzles of light honey. A nutty / grassy note and some white oak towards the end. [3, 7]
Finish
Honey, shortbread, maybe a hint of five-spice. Medium, still fruity with a hint of caramel and oak. Rich and smooth. [3, 6, 7]
