Nose
Really pronounced and rich sweetness leaps out the glass. All the classic aromas of a sherry monster dram! Stewed fruits and sticky toffee pudding. A touch of vanilla and a hint of leather.
Palate
Bold and unctuous. Cask strength hits hard with bold spice before the palate is steamrolled by huge sweetness. It coats the mouth feeling almost thick and buttery. Waves of Christmas cake, sticky toffee pudding and melted vanilla ice cream. Christmas in a glass!
Finish
Long, mellow and super smooth. The fudgey sweetness lasts so long mingling with mild spicing.
