Description

A German independent bottling company established by Carsten Ehrlich, the founder of The Whisky Fair in Limburg. The company produces a number of its own brands including The Perfect Dram and Liquid Sun, and it also produces bottlings for third party labels. Released in 2018, this is a collection of bottlings produced by The Whisky Agency in Germany to celebrate its 10th anniversary.

Gentle aromas of beeswax, honey, dried fruits, prunes, dark chocolate, and sweet sherry. Hints of sticky toffee pudding, Christmas cake, leather, tobacco, and spices.
Palate
Cherries, tobacco, cloves, dark chocolate, sherry, toasted oak, and toffee. Notes of old port wine, leather, Dutch licorice, tropical fruits, and Christmas cake. Medium and slightly waxy mouthfeel with antique cherry wood and dry tannin.
Finish
Long, creamy toffee, pipe tobacco, dry, dark chocolate, and wispy smoke. Complex with dried dark fruits.
