Palate
Mouth-coating but light, with sweet apple pie, vanilla custard, a tiny hint of cinnamon spice, cereal barley grist, heathery honey, tarty citrus, and crisp apples. It has some peppery notes and a light, watery mouthfeel.
Finish
Short to medium length, with vanilla, citric leftovers, a touch of oak, and a lingering sweet and sour toffee oak. Warming in the throat.
