- Immediate sweet notes of vanilla and crème brûlée with fruity and herbaceous undertones, biscuit, custard tart, honey, malty, ginger, caramel, floral, pear, jersey caramels, peach, salt.
- Palate
- Rich oak spice, juicy, peach, sweet bread, spicy oak, subtly sweet, berries and cream, crisp sugar, vanilla. Flavours build to a rich, clean crescendo with spicy tannin hints and peach flesh. Sponge cake, American oak, sea salt, silky and creamy.
- Finish
- Dry oaky stonefruit, bread and butter pudding, tannic, orange zest, fairy floss, long, lingering, tangy citrus, crisp sugar, vanilla. Long and warm with semi-sweet caramel and lingering stone-fruit tingles. Short, light, unassuming, with vanilla and domesticated honey. Sea spray, nutty, hot sand character, slight lick of oak and tannin like sponge cake and vanilla fudge.
