Nose
Fruity notes of raisins, apricots, green apples, lemon/melon, citrus, pear, and tropical fruits like mango and guava. Also, sweet and spicy with honeycomb, vanilla, heather, honey, and a slight dunnage funk, soft smoke, oak spice, and a hint of salinity.
Palate
Oily and creamy texture with flavors of malt, toffee, dried fruit, peach cream, black passion fruit, salted caramel, sultanas, pineapple, milk chocolate, marzipan, and woodsmoke. Spicy notes of pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, and oak, along with a salty tang and dirty sweet peat.
Finish
Long and gentle with lingering notes of oak, honey, ginger spice, tobacco leaf/cigar smoke, sweet peat, farmy atmosphere, seaweed, dirtiness, sweet cider, toasty barley, and a characteristic sea salt note.
