Bursting with bright citrus, hints of green apple, and a touch of sea spray, rounded by vanilla sweetness from the fresh bourbon wood. A dusty, peppery and ashy peat smoke is also evident, as is a faint hint of lemon zest.
Palate
Lively and bold, with flavours of lemon zest, malted biscuit, and light honey, balanced by a salty tang and a subtle touch of smoke. Bold, peppery and youthful.
Finish
Crisp and youthful with lingering notes of oak spice, maritime brine, and a gentle bourbon warmth. Long and lingering with plenty of peppery heat and spice.
