Nose
Old-style Springbank! Super fruity tropical nose with mango, papaya, lychee, pineapple and lime, as well as honey, creamy vanilla and soft leather. Gray clouds of smoke with lots of spice and wax.
Palate
Soft, round and harmonious with always challenging spice. Leather, cardboard, honey and with lots of tropical fruit jam. Pungent tips of mint caught in a spice of salt, nutmeg, cardamom, almonds and very subtle oak.
Finish
Medium length - dry-nutty with underlying smoke, as well as the notes from the taste. Becoming drier and drier on a basis of leather and tart, dried herbs.
