Nose
Bright start with fresh green kiwis and smoky guava, malt syrup and stewed tropical fruits, earthy spice, fruit punch, subtle meaty notes. Elegant and mineral with lemon zest, chalk, peat, cold ashes, wool and red pepper.
Palate
Fresh, smoky green fruits, sweet, stewed tropical fruits, papaya, malt syrup and agar agar. Peach infused with sponge cake and mineralic peat. Chili spice, Riesling, white grapes skin with slight tannins, 90% dark cacao. Oily and mouthcoating with minerality, lemon juice, peat, elderflower, chestnuts, sweet toffee and salt.
Finish
Peat rises and subsides, reminiscence of ice sugar malt, pineapple slices and pears. All soft and sweet. Gentle and oily with coffee, grain, lemon peel, honey and a touch of ginger.
