Specially selected for Springbank Society Members by the General Manager, Findlay Ross. Distilled in May 2003 and matured for 20 years in a fresh port hogshead, before being bottled in March 2024 with an outturn of 2700 bottles.

Nose
Distinct notes of ripe plum, blackcurrant, and dried apricot, with dusty burlap, wet soil, green foliage, and a fair amount of smoke. Freshly squeezed red grape juice, acidic raspberry compote, blackberry jam, hints of wet cardboard, mellow vanilla essence, fudge with a hint of salt, and a dusty, dunnage warehouse aroma.
Palate
Fizzy berry sweets morphing into a dirty, slightly industrial flavour with silage and pink peppercorns. Richer notes of plum jam, blackcurrant cordial, currants from a fruitcake, a little brown sugar, and lime zest. Balanced with honeyed plum, dark chocolate, roasted almond, cinnamon, and a kick of alcohol. Cocoa powder and coffee emerge with air.
Finish
Lip smacking and a little tart, lingering with earthy, slightly bitter notes, herbal sweetness, and a hint of smoke.
