Nose
Vibrant apple and orange zest, dried apricot elements, warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg, hints of toasted oak. Delicate floral notes, digestive biscuit, cereal, vanilla custard, and cherry notes develop over time.
Palate
Dominant rich vanilla, honeyed almonds, barley sugar, subtle ginger spice, and a luxuriously creamy texture. Sweet, creamy Victoria sponge cake flavors, hints of honey and syrup balanced with fresh barley water. Citrus, lemon-lime soda, pineapple, stone fruit, mango, and strawberry jam.
Finish
Long and satisfying, soft salted caramel, gentle citrus zest, and a warm, memorable impression. Light and sweet finish, hints of salted caramel. Tart and syrupy, with notes of brambles and maraschino cherries, rounded off by a characteristic dunnage warehouse note.
