Description

Springbank is the only distillery in Scotland to malt, distil, mature, and bottle whisky entirely on-site [4]. This 21 Year Old 2020 Release is a limited edition, with only 3300 bottles produced [7, 8, 11]. It was distilled in 1999 and bottled on August 11, 2020 [7, 4, 8]. The whisky was matured in a complex combination of 30% bourbon, 30% rum, 25% sherry, and 15% port casks [3, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12]. It is non-chill filtered and of natural color [7, 15, 16].
