Nose
Ripe stonefruit and pear, sweet, perfumed, almost juicy. Rich, buttery backbone of porridge and sun-warmed hay, with cocoa, raisins, and prunes.
Palate
Dark-skinned plums, sweet cream butter, candied grapefruit peel dipped in milk chocolate. Leathery, tobacco-like flavors with a light hint of medicinal peat.
Finish
Long and cocoa-inflected with soft bitterness and a nice hit of salt.
