Nose
Soft candle smoke and manuka honey sweetness, with notes of cranberries, white pepper, potpourri, orange, soft honey, vanilla, tropical/stone fruit, sea-spray salinity, herbal notes, and gentle smoke. Aromas of dried fruits, mature oak, delicate spice, and subtle maritime notes.
Palate
Layers of honeycomb, icing sugar, crystallised ginger, and demerara sugar, along with a distinct briny/salty edge reminiscent of salted caramel. Elegant and layered, offering flavors of dark fruits, leather, gentle sweetness, a touch of sea salt, sweetened orange and lemon juice, brown sugar caramel, and a juicy character with orchard fruits, red berries, currants, zesty citrus, and earthy, slightly savoury and vegetal peat smoke.
Finish
Peat smoke continues, with notes of eucalyptus, mint, gorse bush, and a long, elegant, and warming character with spicy oak tones and a refined balance between richness and finesse.
