RedkiteRover20 AugThe smoke keeps a light touch here, with citrus and spice doing more of the talking. That gentle contrast sounds appealing, especially alongside the coastal brine.
crumpled owl22 JunCitrus and spice make for a clear, lively character.
HazelnutRover16 AprThe smoke stays subtle, leaving room for citrus, coastal brine and plenty of spice. I like that balance; the palate’s mix of tropical and dried fruit with oak sounds generous, while the rounded, zesty finish keeps things lively.
tiny compass20 FebCitrus and warming spice make this sound nicely balanced.
