Springbank 10 Year Old Amontillado Cask Matured is the third release in Springbank's five-part Sherry Wood Series, bottled in 2024. Matured for five years in refill Bourbon barrels followed by five years in fresh Amontillado sherry hogsheads, this limited bottling was bottled at cask strength (55% ABV) with an outturn of 9,900 bottles.
