Rich and oily with malted barley, honey, lemon peel, gentle smoke, oak spice, and maritime minerality. Thick texture, sweet and juicy, with tropical fruits, blossoming flowers, honeycomb, and a hint of salt. Soft earthy peat smoke and dunnage.
Finish
Long and warming with lingering sea breeze, peppery spice, toasted oak, and a delicate smoky dryness. Medium-long, complex and gentle, with smoldering peat and machine shop, candied tropical fruits, and apple cider.
