Nose
Notes of hessian, damp leaves, dunnage floor and hemp rope alongside clear sherry influences. Whispers of tobacco, gentle red fruits like plums, raspberries and blood oranges. A sliver of mint, wet pebbles, and light tropical touches – pineapple, mango, and pink grapefruit.
Palate
Gentle mineral touches with beeswax, honey, strong breakfast tea, and some resins and tannins. White pepper, jammy apricots, orange zest and peaches. A soft salinity, and a touch of chocolate.
Finish
Long and somewhat dry with spices (cinnamon, ginger, pepper), but also sweeter, jammy fruits. A sliver of smoke and a pinch of salt.
