Description

The Springbank 30 Year Old Millennium Collection is a distinctive, limited edition single malt Scotch whisky from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown. This expression, matured for 30 years and bottled in March 1999 at 46.0% ABV, is part of the special Millennium Bottling Limited Edition series, which commemorated the transition into the new millennium. The collection comprises six high-age statement whiskies ranging from 25 to 50 years old, presented in clear glass bottles with cream labels and wooden presentation cases. This particular 30-year-old bottling is a vatting of 85% ex-bourbon casks and 15% ex-sherry casks, and is free from artificial coloring and chill filtration.

Finish
Long, warming, and elegant, with lingering smoke. Vanilla custard, apricot, coffee, and strawberries emerge, alongside a touch of drying wood and hints of caramel, toffee, chocolate, and a strong vinegaret.
