Nose
The nose is sour, with berries mixed with some slow drifting peat.
Palate
The taste is funny, some cupboard/dust, a sweetness mainly malt-driven. After some time, berries like plum and blackberry and a bit of jam flavors. There is also some salt, ash and peat – the peat lingers.
Finish
There is an unusual finish in this one, almost like stale ale mixed with wine, maybe a rosé-like finish.
