Springbank Raw Cask 10 Year Old, 1993, Blackadder, 60.3%

A revered single malt distillery in Campbeltown that has operated since 1828. It is today owned by J&A Mitchell & Co who produce three single malt styles there. These are its flagship two-and-half times distilled Springbank, a heavily-peated malt known as Longrow, and the triple-distilled Hazelburn. This particular bottling is part of Blackadder's 'Raw Cask' series, which consists of whisky bottled directly from the cask, without even mechanical filtering, retaining cask sediment and natural oils and fats.
