Description

A revered single malt distillery in Campbeltown that has operated since 1828. This Springbank 1996 23 Year Old is a single cask malt, bottled for the 40th anniversary of German whisky importer Scoma. Distilled on 24 May 1996 and aged for 23 years in sherry butt #195, it was bottled in October 2019 at 54.5%. This strictly limited bottling is an example of independent bottling, hand-selected, un-chillfiltered, and in natural color.
