Nose
Tarry smoke, earthy peat, and damp leaves with notes of orange zest, dark honey, ginger syrup, and marzipan. Hints of woodsmoke, bitter bark, and a touch of rancio.
Palate
Crystallised citrus peels, jammy dark fruits, and heather honey, evolving into sweet tobacco, smoked fish, and a meaty malt character. Mineral notes, tropical fruits, and soft praline.
Finish
Lightly smoked with earthiness, mulberry jam, and orange peel, alongside salted nuts and a lingering pine oil.
