Nose
Fizzy cola cubes, bubblegum, rhubarb and custard boiled sweets, strawberry laces, ginger cake. No sulfur. Chalk, a little camphor, diesel note. Fresh and tropical fruitiness.
Palate
Big ripe stone fruits, orange zest, candied ginger, dirty sooty farmyard quality. Springbank DNA with fresh sweetness from the cask.
Finish
Lovely long finish.
