Description

The world's first organic whisky certified by the Soil Association, this Da Mhìle 'Wedding Edition' was commissioned at Springbank Distillery in 1992 to celebrate the new millennium. It was aged for 20 years in a second-fill sherry cask and bottled in 2012. This is a single cask, limited edition release, bottled without chill-filtration or added coloring.
