Description

This exceptional whisky is created in a unique three-cask solera system. The contents are blended without chill filtration. Each time a batch is bottled, more spirit is filled into the Ex-Fino cask at the top and gradually passes through Oloroso casks at the bottom. No artificial coloring is used. Each batch, including this Batch 2, will vary due to different influences and retain the character of the blend. This release has a proof of 96.8 and was bottled on 09-01-2024. Bottle number 56 out of 214 bottles produced.
