St. Kilian Distillers' Signature Edition ELEVEN is a single malt whisky distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2022. It matured exclusively in 190-liter ex-Jack Daniel's Tennessee whiskey casks, imparting distinctive character and depth. This peated expression (54 ppm) is non-chill filtered and retains its natural color. It offers a harmonious blend of fruity sweetness, vanilla, fresh citrus nuances, bananas, grilled apricots, complemented by campfire smoke, oak notes, and a hint of cayenne pepper. This edition is limited to 8,340 bottles.
