Description

The Orkney 21 Year Old 2004 Unicorn is an extraordinary single malt Scotch whisky distilled at a secret Kirkwall Distillery (widely understood to be Highland Park). Matured for 21 years in a single first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead (#TWB1037), this exceptional whisky was bottled at natural cask strength 62.0% ABV exclusively for The Whisky Barrel. Only 316 bottles were produced, making it a rare and collectible Orkney malt that captures the richness, elegance, and mystery of Scotland's northern isles. It forms part of The Whisky Barrel's acclaimed Unicorn series and is bottled without chill-filtration or added colour.
