Description

This is a limited-edition, cask-strength 10-year-old bourbon from Starlight Distillery, produced from grains grown on the Huber family estate in Southern Indiana. It is a ten-barrel blend of 3-grain and 4-grain mash bills, featuring heirloom corn and Indiana rye. The whiskey was sweet mash fermented and double pot distilled on Vendome copper stills, then aged for a decade, with initial maturation in the distillery's original warehouse and later transferred to Warehouse #2, West Side. It is bottled at 114.2 proof (57.1% ABV).
