This single barrel bourbon was aged 4 years in new, charred American Oak, then bourbon is finished in a French Sauternes barrel. The result is a rich, complex bourbon with notes of apricot, honey, and soft baking spices that complement the traditional bourbon characteristics. Proof: 112.4.
