Description

Starward Nova is a distinctly Australian single malt whisky, fully matured in Australian red wine barrels. These barrels are sourced from local wineries and are often 'wet filled' with new make spirit, allowing the whisky to develop a vibrant, fruit-forward character. The minimal intervention process allows the flavour, texture, and colour of the wine to shine through, creating a unique single malt. It is designed to be approachable and can be enjoyed neat, with a mixer, or in cocktails.
