Description

Stauning RØG is a Danish smoked double malt whisky, crafted from 100% floor-malted locally sourced Danish barley and rye. Distilled in direct-fired copper pot stills, it is matured in new American oak and finished in Madeira casks. The whisky offers a delicate, balanced, and elegant smoke profile, achieved by kiln-drying the grains over locally sourced heather and peat. It is bottled at 43% ABV, is non-chill filtered, and has no added color, reflecting the terroir of Denmark's West Coast.
