Description

Stauning Rye is a classic Danish whisky made from local rye and barley, both floor-malted at the distillery. It undergoes traditional double pot still distillation using direct-fired stills. The whisky matured for three to four years in virgin American oak casks before being finished in ex-Belize rum casks. This release is non-chill filtered with no added colour, and 3940 bottles were produced.
